Documentation

Requirement of Legal Documents from Employer Company
Requirements for legal documents vary from country to country. Common to all are 5 legal documents as detailed below. These documents should be on Employer Company Letterhead, properly signed and stamped by company authority. These documents should get attested by the Chamber of Commerce and or the Nepal Embassy of the respective country. In the case of Saudi Arabia, attestation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA ) in addition is mandatory. For Malaysia, Notery Public Attestation and Nepal Embassy Attestation are needed.

Visa Processing

POWER OF ATTORNEY:
The principal will furnish us with a power of Attorney duly authorizing it to carry on the supply of Nepalese Manpower, including meeting up all the necessary formalities as regards passports, visa from respective Embassies, Medical Check-up etc. which are directly connected with the trade. 
 
CONSULAR LETTER:
The Principal will issue a Letter of Authority in favour of the agent addressed to the Consulate General of the concerned Embassy in Nepal intimating to him that we are appointed as their Manpower

EMPLOYERS RESPONSIBILITY

  • Arrange timely receipt of the workers at the airport.
  • Inform Gorkhas about the receipt of the workers.
  • Advance payment of an amount to each worker on arrival in the country of work (deductible from monthly salary).
  • Arrange furnished housing accommodation suitable for human living.
  • Ensure water and electricity are in the living place.
  • Ensure full security of the workers in the living and working places, especially in cases of female workers.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Information Desk:

     Gorkhas Associate Pvt. Ltd offers its service for its clients from its main information service desk from where any relevant information can be obtained. Moreover, the main registration is also carried out.

Communication:

Each and every department of Gorkhas Associate Pvt. Ltd is fully computerized and networked entirely in order to provide our clients the best and prompt service. Our staff members are always ready to help clients and provided better service.

Advertisement in Newspaper:

The recruitment company applies with the Department of labor Nepal for Authorization, The Department of labor will grant the permission on being satisfied with the credibility of the demand and attesting to the terms.

Travelling Arrangement:

 In all cases we send all the visa endorsements, passports to the concerned airlines, to confirm the scheduled flight from Nepal to the nearest airport of the working side. PTA may be sent to any airline operating.

Medical Check Up:

Only selected candidates will be sent to an authorized hospital or clinic for a full medical examination. The candidates, who are fit medically and physically for employment, will be eligible to sign the employment contract.

Trade Test:

A practical Trade test will be taken at technical training institute, if company wants to choose employee directly through an oral interview and practical test, trade test will be taken at the office where our selection committee observes.
